Bookbinding

Note: I began using the Coptic and Flatback as sketchbooks before I was able to photograph them, so they're a little scuffed up.

Coptic:
5 1/4" x 5" x 1 1/16", hand-textured paper covers, Irish waxed linen thread binding,
Mohawk Superfine and Arches Textwoven paper signatures

Flatback:
5 3/16" x 8 3/16" x 15/16", standard book cloth, scapbook paper endsheets,
hand-tied Japanese silk thread headband, Mohawk Superfine signatures which I guillotined
using machinery at the Book Repair department where I worked

Clam-shell Box:
5 1/8" x 7 1/2" x 1 11/16", standard book cloth, scrapbook paper inside
Made for my great grandfather's old copy of The Book of Mormon.

Jewelry Box:
5 11/16" x 5 3/4" x 2 3/8", backed cotton cloth, leather craft string
Made to hold my movie-inspired jewelry and such.
Rune texts on the insides are directly from J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit.
